Apple’s new iPad will roll out in 30 new countries this weekend, this including Brazil this Friday, the 11th.
The 29 other countries that will witness the unveiling of the new iPad are- Argentina, Aruba, Bolivia, Botswana, Brazil, Cambodia, Chile, Costa Rica, Curacao, Ecuador, French Guiana, Guadeloupe, Jamaica, Kenya, Madagascar, Malta, Martinique, Mauritius, Morocco, Peru, Taiwan, Tunisia, and Vietnam. Following on May 12 will be Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and United Arab Emirates.
The last expansion occurred on the 20th of April, when Apple launched the tablet in India, South Korea and 10 other countries. This generation of the iPad has also incidentally witnessed the most rapid international roll-out for any product in Apple’s history. While the “resolutionary” device has been made available in around 90 countries now, it still awaits regulatory approval from certain countries, most notably China.
